Abstract
Today, diversity and inclusion are taking on increasing relevance. Companies are understanding that, to achieve the objectives, it is important that employees feel comfortable there. In order to focus this investigation, the case of a Telecommunications company was analyzed, where a gender transition of a collaborator occurred, from man to woman. The objective is to analyze if organizational communication with a focus on the inclusion of gender differences, managed to get officials to understand the message. In conclusion, it can be indicated that for an organizational communication action plan regarding the inclusion of gender diversities to be successful, it must have a series of steps, in order to be able to clearly communicate the message, to provide security to the collaborator Trans, and make Inclusion an important part of the organizational culture.
